Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the ecommerce platform used to process transactions and deliver our Services.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed under the same customer account, credit card, email address, or billing/shipping address.

SECTION 16 — TERMINATION
You may terminate these Terms at any time by ceasing use of the site and notifying us.
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately if you violate these Terms.
SECTION 17 — ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Rivanta and supersede any prior agreements.
SECTION 18 — GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

(1) Order Acceptance
All orders placed through the site are subject to acceptance by Rivanta. A contract of sale is not formed until the order is accepted.
(2) No Medical Advice
Statements made on this website have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
(3) Prices & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping fees will be added at checkout.
(4) Survival Club Membership & Automatic Renewals
The Survival Club is an optional paid membership offered with the Rivanta® Emergency Power Bank. Enrollment is optional and is selected by the customer on the Emergency Power Bank product page.
Free trial. Membership begins with a 28-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your payment method will be charged at the end of the trial and your membership will begin.
Price and billing. After the free trial, membership is $14.95 per month. This fee is billed automatically to your payment method on file and renews automatically each month until canceled.
Membership benefits. Active members receive a lifetime warranty on their Rivanta® product, free returns, exclusive member discounts, early access to new products, and the ability to cancel anytime.
Cancellation. You may cancel at any time through the self-service account portal on getrivanta.com or by emailing [email protected]. To avoid your next charge, cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date. Cancellation stops all future charges; membership fees already billed are non-refundable.
Seed auto-ship. The Survival Club is offered only with the Emergency Power Bank. Customers who purchase the Survival Seed Vault may separately choose a monthly seed auto-ship subscription, which renews and can be canceled on the same terms above.
(5) Shipments & Delivery
Title and risk of loss for purchased products pass to the customer upon transfer to the carrier.
(6) Refunds & Returns
To request a refund, contact [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order. Refunds are subject to verification and governed strictly by our Refund Policy. Only the first order is refundable.
(7) Communications
By using this site, you consent to receive electronic communications from Rivanta via email and/or SMS.

(8) Arbitration & Venue
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
Arbitration shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, and venue for any court proceedings shall be in State or Federal Courts located in Wyoming.
